Our beans are grown at high altitudes above 1200m, which allows them to absorb more minerals and nutrients. This slow growth process results in a fuller, more robust flavor in the beans. Our Honduran coffee is harvested during the Oct-Mar period and is processed using the washed method. It's also shade grown and made from strictly hard grain, ensuring that only the best beans make it into every bag.
